This Privacy Policy applies to all iOS and macOS applications developed and published by Igor Kolesnik (referred to here as "I," "me," or "my apps"), including but not limited to Shopping Cart Made Easy. It describes what happens — and, just as importantly, what does not happen — to your information when you use these apps.
My apps are designed to work entirely on your device. I do not collect, request, or require any personally identifiable information to use them, including your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or contact list. I do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind, and I do not build user profiles or share data with third parties, because none is collected in the first place.
Any information you enter into an app — such as shopping lists, item names, or prices — is stored locally on your device using standard iOS and macOS data storage mechanisms. It is not transmitted to me, to Apple, or to any third-party server. If you delete the app, that data is removed along with it.
My apps only request device permissions (such as camera, location, or notifications) when a specific feature genuinely requires them, and only with your explicit consent through the system permission prompt. If a future update introduces a feature that needs a new permission, this policy will be updated beforehand to reflect it.
My apps do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or software development kits that collect user data. If this ever changes for a specific app, that app's App Store listing and this policy will be updated to disclose it clearly before the change takes effect.
My apps are not directed at children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect any information from children. As stated above, my apps do not collect personal information from any user, regardless of age.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect a new app or feature. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of my apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
